Went on a double date on Friday night to spanish YUM YUM!

Wore my new dress from ASOS. Hmm i think i liked it better when i first tried it on, the waist fitted kinda funny, but overall i think it's a pretty summer dress =)












For accessories and make up i went for a pretty green feathered headband and flicked eyeliner.

Week full of work and clothes

Yes i do own work pants! Haha one of the very rare times i wore pants to work or anywhere in general.

Basic Black & Sparkly Bows

Wore my trusty black Wish dress on saturday for a lazy date night with the boy. Dressed it up with some pretty sparkly accessories =)

I love love love these sandals. I first saw it on ASOS but it sold out in my size so i looked on ebay UK and found it in my size for half the price! =). As pretty as they are, they're a bit hard to style!

Jimmy I Choo Choo Choose you!

Wore my Jimmy Choos finally! It was so painful after a while im so glad i picked the hotel that was literally arcoss the street from the resturuant for us to stay at. It was also the first time wearing out the beautiful gold ring the boy got for me =)

The dress is by H&M and actually belongs to my sister. She bought it for her farewell dinner in september before she left for london however ended up wearing another dress instead so she left me this dress brand new and unworn! I loved the drama of the dress so thought it would be prefect as my anniversary dress.

Was a beautiful night =)

Laced with Stripes

Wore my new Motel nautical skirt today. It is so pretty and fun!

I was worried that i was a bit too casual for work even though it's Friday, however one on of senior co-workers said i looked really cute today, and i always look up to how fashionable she is so it was definitely a nice compliment! =)

Wheee finally it's the weekend! Argh but boy problems to sort out this weekend. Bloody boys!

Peachy Cuts

Wasn't feeling very inspired so just threw together the above outfit for work. Very much over work this week, even though it's only a four day week.

Though i did have a small pick me up today when a sweet girl working at the chemist, whilst helping me look for the tissue boxes (which were stored OUTSIDE so when i grabbed three boxes i felt like i was some kinda thief before i quickly hurried back in to pay) asked where i got my top from, i had a mini brain freeze and all i could say was "ummm i got it online". She was like oh okay it's just a very cute top! Haha i dont think i was very helpful. And if anyone is interested i got it online from forever 21 =)

Ruffles & Twists

Yet another ASOS newbie! I love this top from ASOS, the ruffles are so pretty and much more dramatic then i had anticipated from the online pics/video! However i think it is still appropriate enough for work whilst still having a fun ruffly look. The only thing i was disappointed in was the colour was a lot duller then i had thought it would be, it was a much prettier and lighter shade online!

The outfit was completed with my trusty black witchery skirt. I love this skirt because of the front twisty detailing, it really gives the basic black skirt such a femimine feel and look. Plus it is surprisingly super slimming so a major bonus!






In other news i have made two new committments to myself this year, and yes yes i know it's not even NYE yet! But both items are really important to me and instead of wallowing in self pity, which i have to admit i have been doing, i am taking proactive steps to do something about it! Even if it doesnt work out at least i feel like i am trying instead of just whinging and bitching that my life is shit blah blah. That only feels good for so long and after a while even i am starting to get sick of myself!
So the two things are:

1) Get a new job (in an area i actually want to develop a career for myself in!)

2) Loose weight (and along the way stop comparing myself to my six 6 friends and bitching and being paranoid my bf is comparing me to all my teeny stick friends!)

Hopefully i make some progress before the year ends!

Flower me up!

This is such a pretty dress but im reluctant to wear it again as it made my hips look HUGE! It was just so unflattering from the front, however from the side it was so slimming. Wierd! But i loved how feminine and flowy this dress was, especially as i walked.

I also took some snaps without the lights and i think the print looked a lot softer and less garish.






This dress is of course another ASOS buy!

Argh with the free shipping and doscount codes i have made two orders this weekend and about to do a third tonight! And i only got my huge as xmas haul from there less then 2 weeks ago! FOUR ASOS orders this month!!
