Some snaps of my work outfits throughout the week.


I looove this dress! I forgot how much i loved the print of the dress as i haven't worn it for months. However wearing this dress also reminded me that there was a rip at the waist =(













I realised only after i wore the outfit below to work that perhaps it had too much of a teeny party dress look to it =(











Gah only looking back at the pictures i realised how unflattering my outfit on friday was! So im only posting up a couple of the good pics of my top. Love the pretty colour of this top, its silk and flowy - my favourite combination!








Reading over my post i realised i had something to bitch about all my work outfits lol. Hopefully i have a better week next week!

Romantic Swing

Just had to do a quick post of my new ASOS dress i wore today. I love love love it! I dont think the pictures do it justice, the reason im so it love with it because of the way it feels on, its just so flowy with all that floaty gorgeous chiffony material. Love it!

This was the best picture of the true colour of the dress.




It seems i haven't learnt my lesson as i took some more pictures in the bathroom. Please ignore the stiff ready to jump at any moment pretening to really wash my hands instead of taking self potraits on my iphone pose above!





There's a cream version of this dress also available which im going to get end of this week or next. Grrr ASOS damn your addictivesness! Gosh but i love that site!!! <3

It's been a good day!

I took inspiration from SSG's last post about things that make you happy, and thought i'd do a similar post as i had a lot of good things happen to me today that made me happy =)

First of i grabbed some yummy nutella snacks this morning. YUM YUM and YUM! These were the best treats back in primary school!



This is a picture of only one, but really i had two today... whoops!



Meant to take a "clean" picture for the post but i got a bit too eager and forget to take a picture until i had tasted a spoonful... or two... or three... haha





Wore my pretty new cardi today, love the glitter peter pan collar!





Got my Avon order of nail polishes today. Was super good cause i had forgotten all about this order! I can't believe im an AVON buyer now as i thought it was for only housewives and old ladies but i tried a couple of nailpolishes from the Christmas catalouge and they were great! So i stashed up on some more this time. Since i got most of it on sale it worked out to be about $5 per bottle, bargain



Sooo many pretty colours! Cannot wait to start trying them as soon as i have time as im very picky about my nails and it takes me a good hour to do a self manicure.





Last, but definitely not least i got my ASOS order today! It was scheduled to come on Friday so im super duper extra happy! I got three dresses and they all fit beautifully. Only downside is i've caught ASOS fever again and im trawling through the site for some more dresses. Oh oh!

Coral Me Wild

I usually forget to take photos of my nails when i'm taking outfit shots but i was bored at work and decided to take some pics. I used Revlon Coral Me Wild and i was really happy with how it turned out.

It's such a pretty summer colour, but perhaps a bit too bright for work. I usually change my nails once a week on average, as im too lazy to do it more regularly and i just cover any chips throughout the week with another coat.



I wore my topshop flats for comfort on Friday. It's 100% leather and i got it on sale for like 15 pounds which is less then 30 bucks AU. Imagine trying to find brand new leather shoes under 30 bucks in an australian store and this is why i love online shopping!




I really love these shoes, they're so pretty and so comfy since it's such a perfect fit EXCEPT for the clanky jewel pieces underneath the pretty bows. It makes an annoying clanking noise everytime i walk. Oh well it still ticks the pretty, comfy and cheap ticks =)




Obligatory outfit shot. Haha i thought i'd change it up and take a photo in the bathroom until someone walked in on me, if i hadn't cropped my funny face out you could see her walking through the door. Embarrassing!

snippets

I've been a very lazy blogger lately. I think it's due to my decreased shopping habits, so not as many pretty new things to show off! But also in general life has gotten busier and i am more preoccupied with things beyond pretty clothes unforunately =(

I do manage to sneak in some iphone snaps at work when im alone in the lift so i thought i'd upload some =)





This snap was actually taken the day i had to gone home half day sick, so thank god i cut out my face shot cos i looked like death!!





The picture doesn't really show it but thus dress was sooo tight on top that i looked like a flat chested boy! And when i got home and finally took of my cardi i found a long rip on one side =S. Its a new dress in my usual size from ASOS so i dont't know if i've just gotten fatter or i just picked one of their worse of quality clothing.






This picture is from today. I LOVE this skirt, the crappy iphone picture doesn't do it justice but it has so much lovely soft luxurious grey silk to give it that wrappy twisted look.

Good vibes!

On saturday i went to good vibes with my friends and im usually not a music festival girl since everyone knows i hate the heat and the outdoors in general lol. However i LOVED this festival! The funniest reason was because of the rain, everyone HATED it cos of the rain but i LOVED the fun element of the rain which just made me loosen up and really get into the festival vibe!!

Since it was a music festival i had a chance to have a lot more fun with my look. I tried to pick a theme and almost went a bit costumey lol. But i personally loved my look so get ready for some photo whoring below!!!

A made a HUGE gaping hole in my poncho thigie as i was putting it one and it pretty much rendered it useless! Lucky i enjoyed the rain!

Outfits and New Routines

Some work outfit snaps from my iphone. Funnily enough the photo's quality is on par with my camera i reckon. Gah i really need a new camera, especially after seeing how good the photos look in the previous posts taken on my bf's canon. But gosh i would never ever spend that much on a camera for myself, imagine all the clothes i could get instead! haha





















It's been an odd week, with my bf starting his new job and me getting used to not seeing him everyday. I think it's just all about setting a new routine, we humans are definitely creatures of habit!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY!

It was my boy's birthday dinner the other week. We went to azuma and stayed over night in the city. We had an awesome time together although we were in bed by 10pm like an old pair of oldies haha.

Wore my new TopShop nude silk dress - love it!






It had these awesome flappy silk things at the side, not sure what the point of it was lol, but it was pretty to play around with all that extra silky material!



I never get to take photos of when we're out and the food we eat etc because i never have a camera on me and plus this blogging thing is still kinda secret.

However for my boy's birthday i got him his dream DSLR - a canon 500D. I got a copy of the photos he took so for once i can upload some shots outside of my bedroom =)

We ate at Azuma, the food was pretty good - much better then Kobe Jones for me personally as the food was simple but still so delicious!
